Practicing presence helps us connect with our body is a safe gentle way, helping to regulate the nervous system. It helps calm the stream of thinking, creates space within the emotional body for you to bare witness to the fluctuating emotions, and it help anchor us into the sense of our beingness as we bring our presence to each moment. This video focuses on 2 breathwork techniques to help bring regulate the nervous system, and move blocked and stuck energies in the body to help create a safe pathway for us to connect with the body-mind experience. Breathwork techniques used- 1- Box breathing 2- Breath of fire (Kapalabhati breath)
